Lentil & Brown Rice Casserole
2 tbsp oil (I used grapeseed but olive or canola would be good) 1 onion, diced 1.5 c cooked green lentils 2.5 c cooked brown rice 1.5-2 c sour “cream” 1/2 tsp each: oregano, ground cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, paprika 1 tsp salt nutritional yeast to taste
